PLANET GSD-504 Green Networking Switch is specially designed to meet the current trend for energy savings worldwide. The GSD-504, a 5-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch, brings both benefits of energy savings and Gigabit wire-speed performance to home networking, SOHOs, and enterprises.
Energy Savings
The GSD-504 uses a new engine that provides power savings of up to 40% but maintains high-performance efficiency. It incorporates two advanced Green Networking technologies:
- Hibernation Link Down power savings
- Intelligent use of power based on cable length
The Hibernation Link Down power savings goes beyond IEEE specifications to automatically lower power for a given port when it is not linked. With the Hibernation Link Down power-saving technology, the GSD-504 will automatically adjust the power usage of the ports that are shut down or not connected to the network device.
Intelligent use of power uses an intelligent algorithm that actively determines the appropriate power level based on cable length. When the GSD-504 is connected with an Ethernet cable shorter than 20m, a device can obtain maximum power savings because the GSD-504 would automatically detect the Ethernet cable length and diminish power usage. The connected device can substantially reduce the overall power consumption, which makes a significant contribution to energy savings.
Leading Home, SOHO, and Workgroup Users to High-speed Networking Generation
The GSD-504 is designed with modern plastic compact housing and easy to deploy high-speed Gigabit networking in home or SOHO applications. Providing a 10Gbps internal switching fabric, the GSD-504 can handle an extremely large amount of data in a secure topology linking to a backbone or high-capacity servers. The GSD-504 provides a 2K MAC address table and wire-speed packet transfer performance without risk of packet loss. The high data throughput of the device makes it ideal for most Gigabit environments, especially for the network to be upgraded to a Gigabit environment.

PLANET GSD-504UP is the smallest unmanaged Gigabit PoE switch equipped with two 802.3bt PoE++ ports, two 802.3at PoE+ ports, and one uplink port. With a total PoE power budget of 120 watts and non-blocking data switching performance, the GSD-504UP can fulfill the demand for sufficient PoE power for different applications.
Plug and Play High Power Sourcing Solution
Complying with the IEEE 802.3bt Power over Ethernet Plus Plus technology, the GSD-504UP provides up to 90 watts of PoE output power, tripling that of the earlier 802.3at plus. With the Legacy function enabled via the DIP switch, it can be backward compatible with 802.3af/at PoE standards to allow users to flexibly deploy standard and high-powered devices simultaneously with no need for software configuration. With data and Power over Ethernet from one unit, the GSD-504UP can reduce cable deployment and eliminate the need for dedicated electrical outlets on the wall, ceiling, or any unreachable place.
Environment-friendly, Fanless Design for Silent Operation
The GSD-504UP comes with a desktop-sized, compact metal housing, making the placement of the unit convenient. It features a ventilated construction in which a cooling fan is not necessary, thereby making its operation noiseless. Moreover, the GSD-504UP is able to operate reliably and stably in any environment without affecting its performance. The deployment of PoE PDs with constant power feeding can be easily and quickly done.

Centralized Power Management for Gigabit Ethernet PoE Networking
To facilitate 30W PoE power network applications with Gigabit speed transmission, the GSW-1820HP is equipped with 16 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet ports and 2 1000BASE-X SFP interfaces with the inner power system. With a total of 240 watts of PoE budget, it features high-performance Gigabit IEEE 802.3af PoE (up to 15.4W) and IEEE 802.3at PoE+ (up to 30W) capabilities on all ports.
By offering reliable switching technology and advanced networking features, the GSW-1820HP optimizes the installation and power management of network devices such as wireless access points, VoIP phones, and security cameras. It also eliminates time and cost of deployment by integrating power and data switching into one unit and freeing network devices from restrictions of power outlet locations and the additional AC wiring.
Perfect Integrated Solution for PoE IP Surveillance
The GSW-1820HP brings an ideal secure surveillance system at a lower total cost. The GSW-1820HP provides 16 10/100/1000Mbps 802.3at PoE+ ports able to feed sufficient PoE power for 16 IEEE 802.3af/IEEE 802.3at PoE+ IP cameras at the same time. It is also able to connect with one 16-channel NVR or two 8-channel NVRs, uplinked to the backbone switch and the monitoring center. With such high-performance switch architecture, the recorded video files from the PoE IP cameras can be saved to the NVR system where the administrator can control and monitor the surveillance images in both the local LAN and remote sites.
Ethernet Data Transmission Distance Extension
The DIP switch provides “Standard”, “VLAN” and “Extend” operation modes.
- The GSW-1820HP operates as a normal IEEE 802.3at PoE+ switch in the “Standard” operation mode.
- The “VLAN” operation mode features with port-based VLAN function that helps to prevent the IP camera’s multicast or broadcast storm from influencing each other.
- In the “Extend” operation mode, the GSW-1820HP operates on a per-port basis at 10Mbps duplex operation but supports 22-watt PoE power output over a distance of up to 250 meters overcoming the 100m limit on Ethernet UTP cable.
With this brand-new feature, the GSW-1820HP provides an additional solution for 802.3at PoE+ distance extension, thus saving the cost of Ethernet cable installation.

PLANET Industrial 8-port Gigabit 802.3at PoE+ Switch, IGS-10020HPT, is equipped with a rugged IP30 metal case for stable operation in heavy Industrial demanding environments. Thus, the IGS-10020HPT provides a high level of immunity against electromagnetic interference and heavy electrical surges which are usually found on plant floors or in curbside traffic control cabinets.
Being able to operate under a wide temperature range from -40 to 75 degrees C, the IGS-10020HPT can be placed in almost any difficult environment. The IGS-10020HPT also allows either DIN rail or wall mounting for efficient use of cabinet space.
Redundant Ring, Fast Recovery for Critical Network Applications
The IGS-10020HPT supports redundant ring technology and features a strong, rapid self-recovery capability to prevent interruptions and external intrusions. PLANET IPOE-E302 is an industrial IP67-rated 1-port 802.3bt PoE++ to 2-port 802.3bt/at Gigabit PoE Extender designed especially for point to multipoint PoE application. The IPOE-E302 can obtain a maximum of 95-watt PoE power from 802.3bt PoE++ or PoH (Power over HDBASE-T) input port and supplies a maximum of 65-watt PoE power budget for 2 PoE output ports, extending both the Gigabit Ethernet Data and 802.3at Power over Ethernet over the UTP cable. The IPOE-E302 provides a simple solution for adding PoE ports without running more cabling and achieves more flexible network applications without requiring an external power adapter.

The IPOE-E302 is equipped with 3-port 10/100/1000BASE-T auto-negotiation RJ45 connectors and 3 waterproof cable glands for direct-attach applications. Assembled with a waterproof cable gland, it can make the general RJ45 connector weather-proof and provides tight and strong connection and ensures it comes with the industrial protection rating of IP67 capable of withstanding humidity, dirt, dust, shock, vibrations, heat, and cold.
